Product Returns
Document Camera Experts USA offers the full manufacturers warranty on all the document cameras, digital presenters and visualizers
we sell in the USA. The manufacturers warranty typically covers all faults due to defective materials or workmanship.
The warranty period on document cameras immediately starts once the document camera is shipped to you and lasts for
the manufacturer’s specified time.
It is important you inspect your document camera purchase as soon as you receive it.
You should check your document camera immediately for any damages occurred from shipping and inform us if there are any problems.
Document cameras ordered in error can be returned to Document Camera Experts USA however they must be returned in their original
and undamaged packaging and then shipped inside an additional larger box with appropriate packing foam/bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipment.
A 15% restocking charge will be levied on document camera returns due to order errors and we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee
if the item is not returned to us in an unused condition. If the document camera has been opened there will be an immediate 25% restocking charge.
If on the rare occasion you are accidentally shipped the wrong item from your order we will arrange a full refund or exchange on
the document camera and there is no restocking charge. Document Camera Experts USA will also incur the shipping costs to get the item back
to our warehouse.
All product returns must first be authorized by Document Camera Experts USA within 60 days of the original invoice date and
a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number must be obtained before shipping the item back to us.
Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after a full inspection of the returned document camera.
Refunds for purchases made by check or wire transfer will be paid by refund check after a full inspection of the returned document camera.
To obtain your RMA number please complete the RMA form below and await confirmation from a Document Camera Expert USA representative before shipping
the item back to Document Camera Experts USA.
